Adobe Acrobat PDF vs Open Office Document

I am trying to decide if I have to buy adobe acrobat pdf classic or xpro version or just use the free version of open office document to create a PDF.

1) What kind of problems, weaknesses will I have with people i give away my free report using OPEN OFFICE DOCUMENT to create pdf.

What are the limitations will I have with this free software vs using adobe acrobat pdf software paid version.

2) adobe acrobat pdf - why should i go with this software vs open office document or not too

I will be using viralpdf.com software to allow others to rebrand the free product offer so they can give it away and wondering what problems will happen if using wrong software to create pdfs with ....

    You should go with acrobat pro, just pay the money. You dont want to deal with compatibility issues.

    I have had no issues using Open Office at all converting to PDF. Use it and if you feel it's not working out for you, then spend the money on the Adobe. my .02

    I use whatever software I need and use a PDF printer.
    Can't do anything fancy with that though. Like internal linking and movies.
