Aghhh Popover Frustration. Help please.

INTERNET MARKETING

How do I stop THIS from happening:

The opt-in popover goes UNDER stuff like youtube videos, how do I stop this from occurring? It's driving me nuts. I even emailed Aweber and they're like "Yeah, we don't know, good luck." (more or less).

Is the popover a real "popover" or just a div that shows/hides?

Have you tried setting the z-index on it REALLY high? If you have control over the flash, you could add an attribute that I believe is this:

<param name="wmode" value="transparent">

That may help. Let me know.

Yeah, positioning things over Flash can be a headache if you want it to work crossbrowser. But the solution to your problem is simple: just put the video in a div and hide that div once the pop over gets triggered.

In CSS you do it by display:none. So you do the same thing in Javascript on window.unload (in your example).
