Where is a great place to outsource content writing and seo services such as bookmarking and backlinking?

  How is it that people talk about finding people from the phillipines who will work for a few hundred bucks a month? Where do I find folks like that?

  craigslist: phillipines - classifieds for jobs, apartments, personals, for sale, services, community, and events
  
  Outsourcing takes a lot of work. You need to give VERY clear instructions and follow up EVERY week. I find providing them videos of what the problem is on my web site helps.
  
  Oh, and I fire 75% of them in the first month...

Just note you have to learn the ropes, and it is VERY EASY to get low quality work if you are not organized and monitoring the progress.

I Would go with Fiverr.com or Warrior Forum. These are where I do all my outsourcing & haven't had any complaints... So far lol.

Fiverr is good for lower quality work, normally. Look around on here or elance if you need something decent done.

  I'm currently making a website for my personal friends who are still looking for jobs.. They are in SEO Company before and decided to go freelance. You can hire these guys as your SEO buddy! These guys know different kinds of strategy and you can also train them with your preferred softwares or tools and make them better.
