I just want to know what are the best Internet marketing tools available to the newbie. Can you include SEO tools also under Internet marketing tools. Is it right to say that both of them are one and the same.

    Look, most of internet marketing is basic stuff. What do people like? What do people want? What will people buy? It's all fundamentally about understanding people.

    A lot of people will tell you it's a numbers game. They'll say if you do your keyword research right, you'll be able to find enough "buying" keywords that get enough searches to drive enough traffic to make enough sales. But when you ask what a "buying" keyword is exactly, everybody goes "DERP" and can't really tell you.

    Because what's really going on with that "numbers game" is you're just throwing crap at the wall until it sticks, and then you draw a little circle around the crap that stuck and say "that's the bullseye all right!"

    Just use your brain. If someone seems full of crap, they probably are. And they're probably just spewing it all over the forum to see how much of it sticks.

    Hi prasanth5, I know you are asking for tools but (don't hate me for this) tools do you no good when you don't have any traffic to use them on. Yea there are those tools that will help you drive traffic like senuke X and Market Samuari (in the form of seo) and article spinners that will help cut the time to write articles in half. But tools are not free and the above mentioned cost some money. Try focusing on learning to drive traffic to your site or offer and go from there. Tools will help you for sure but don't rely on them to heavenly. That's my 2 cents worth; hope this helps.

    Try starting with a free trial version of Market Samurai to see if you can get some keywords that you can compete with. Try to find a market that is underleveraged and avoid fighting huge competition.

    Absolute best keyword research and competition checker is market samurai, traffic travis is pretty darn good to, I use market samurai because I bought it and heck if I paid for it why not use it, its awesome.

    SEO pressor is very effective. If you're into video marketing then I would suggest investing in jing, camtasia, screencast-o-matic or movavi. As for article marketing I would invest in article marketing robot or unique article wizard. Some of the tools like market samurai are also very effective as well. Keyword research tools provide the foundation for your business.

    High quality, varied, high PR edu and gov, ones that fell off the back of a lorry.

    I dont care just get them to your site and make people happy when they get there.

    I have tried manually making all that I could, but the big IM guys use senuke etc as the above people have told you.

    Me thinks its about time that I stepped up and paid someone else to use these paid tools - just dont have enough sites and enough product to make it worthwhile for a monthly purchase just at the moment. Plus as the above post says, the new senuke is out there .... Cheers, B

      I always recommend using "Google's Keyword Search Tool" - and before July 4th (when Google still had it), I recommended the "Google WonderWheel" - but now that it's gone, you can just use the "Google Related Search Tool."

      If you want to reach for a "3rd party" outside SEO Tool, use anything from WordTracker (aka Wordtracker or Linkbuilder) and anything from SEOmoz. (That's my opinion of course)

    SEO tool for what?

    Remember there´s two types of SEO:
    - IN PAGE
    - OFF PAGE

    So, there´s tool that tells you how to optimize the page itself, and others which automatically build backlinks, I guess before choose a tool, you must first know which is your objective

    Then just research the tool in google and see what other people are saying

    But there´s no a "Buy this software and wake up tomorrow being a millionaire", if that´s what you want

    this is a friendly advice..

    Congratulation. You have got so many tools you asked. But I think you have already got confused about what tools you are going to use. Just make sure what you really want. Use the best tools you already have; your BRAIN. Collect as much information about your topic. Analyze the first top ten sites of your topic. Then prepare your strategy accordingly. You can use any tools mentioned above but remember every tool has its own plus and minus. So think creatively before using any tool.
