Find a nice theme, and start blogging and blog again and again.

no need to buy another domain, since they are your loyal visitor..

You need to find down what your visitor want and give it to them. 500 visitors is a good number but do most of them from search engine or just your loyal reader. And 500 visitors tracking from Google Analytic or the stats of blogger( this is incorrect). I have some blogger sites with 200 visitors per day and earn about $100-$400 per month.

You can use adsense dude. Advertising is one of the best ways for you to earn money with your blogger blog. I think there's no need to register a new domain instead just invest your time and effort to your blog. Make great and interesting contents so that people will still follow your blog. =)

You need to buy a domain, and you can leave blogger whenever they do not like you. Adsense is easy game, but it works with large visitors or high keyword rate. What is your blog niche?

If you want to use Adsense you have to give people a reason to keep coming back. Their are tons of people on YouTube that produce funny videos of themselves that get a ton of views (millions) and one kid simply lip-sinks songs and dances... it's hilarious.

I'm not saying you have to be crazy... just offer the kind of value people want.

If you are serious about this as a business you need a domain name and then you can link your blogger blog to it. If you have that much traffic, you should have adsense. How are you collecting these stats?
When you create a site you should be able to make some sales.You should be able to convert some of those visitors into buyers.
