JW Player

I was viewing a recorded training webinar presentation using the JW Player 5.0.753. The only control is the arrow in the middle of the screen. I started the presentation and had to click the arrow to pause. Clicked the arrow to restart, arrow disappeared but, the video never started. Now, with no controls I had to restart the video from the beginning. This has happened more than once. I am using a macbook pro. Any solutions?

    I'm assuming that this is your own site and not someone elses? If so there are a number of options and skins for JW Player, many that include every conceivable control.

    BTW, I believe that this question really belongs in the Programming forum and not in the Main one - and you'd likely get a better response there.
