Bad Credit Merchant Account

I need to find a merchant account to process physical sales products
USA based.... However I am in a chapter 14 bankruptcy on a personal side
Who do you guys suggest I approach thanks in advance PS not paypal!

    Authorize.net Rates and Fees for merchant account

    It might be hard while you are actually in bankruptcy however, I think you might have to wait until that is resolved, not sure.

    Is there no-one with an account you can partner, JV with?

    If you are making sales and have a good business plan then try the JV section of this forum. Someone may be interested.

    If you haven't set up a business entity you may have a hard time. Obviously the provider you do end up going with my charge you a higher fee per transaction--so if you don't have a separate business entity set-up you might need to wait it out.

    That iPhone thing might work, but I personally wouldn't shop with you if I noticed that you were going to put my credit card into your iPhone to "charge" the card.

    I cant do the phone thing as the customer is not present in this business model to swipe the card.... I am checking a few other places but it appears a guy will need a partner on the corp who is not in credit arrears to split the profits..... Got family member who will help thank god but was thinking one of my fellow warriors has crossed this path..........
