2 things, widgets that change for each page, and a video slider player?

I need help with figuring out how to make widgets change, I want 3 on the home page, and on the other pages I want 1 or 2, different ones.

and the 2nd thing is how do I get a video slider on my site? they are youtube videos but I want arrows to show up on the side of them so it slides a different video on.

    I am not sure how to do the widget so I can choose what page they show for and, I do not know how to make the video thing. I am sure it is a plug-in but don't know what one.

      Did you find the video slider? I'm searching for one now. I found a WP plug-in but it looks a little shaky. I don't wont to download it without asking my forum friends..

    The widget thing seems pretty tricky... you would need some kind of filter built in to the widget that controls on what pages it should be visible. It can of course be done but you might have to have someone do it for you... Try to see if you can buy a thing like this...
