QR Codes & PURL

My 1st time starting a post.
Go easy on me
I am looking for solution for using QR codes (Quick Response) and PURL
(personal URL)
I'm going to use Coupon codes, to give, say 20% off, on a product.
Along with it, I want to use QR Codes & PURL to do the same
Once clicked on, I will have it go to a link on my site, with this discount.
(Like to use it for PayPal)
What do you recommend I use to track these coupons, generate these unique links and create the QR Code ?
Also thinking, it would be nice to have a user login, for them to see their coupon sales...
