HELP! How Can I Get 500 Visitors Per Week?

You could give Facebook advertising a try.

1. Article marketing
2. press releases prlog.org is a good free one
3. Submit you tube video's
4. Start a self hosted Wordpress blog
5. Twitter, Facebook
6. SEO Learn it if your not familiar with it
7. Comment on blogs related to your salespage with a link to your salespage in the URL field.

This will get you started just get out there and make it happen!

Warriorforum classified ad for $ 20 bucks is a good return on investment if your product is selling well.

Whatever you do make sure you e-book is legit unlike alot of e-books on the market. It would be a terrible thing to 'scam' someone who has fought for their country.

But getting past that, do some basic seo and you should be able to reach quite a few people, i have websites doing 900-1000 visitors a day with relativity no content.

If you are looking to establish some CRAZY traffic, here's what I would recommend!

P.S. My traffic increased 564.1% in 6 days (300-600 views/day) using these techniques and I began generating 3-4 leads/day within a week..

1. Facebook Groups: Join many different, similar-niche groups and post updates linking new content whenever it's created. (Only post to 3-4 groups per half hour to avoid Facebook's "bad list.")
2. Tweet: Tweet 3-4 times per day with a shortened URL to your new content. (Once ever 2 hours to not appear a spammer...)
3. Forum Marketing: Answer 2-3 questions per day on a forum that is similar to your niche. This brands YOU as a leader and with a nice signature box linking back to your site, this can generate some nice, interested traffic! (If you are into online entrepreneurship like myself, WarriorForum is a great place to answer questions and receive some nice traffic!)
4. Youtube Video: Post a short video promoting your new content to Youtube. (Seeing as Youtube is the most visited video site on the web, this can create mass traffic!)
5. Tribe Syndication: Have your content syndicated thousands of times through a tribe and your content will easily get to the front page of Google--Which is a MASS traffic generator in itself. (I personally have my content syndicated to more than 700 different sites EVERY day using Tribepro. And it's only 10 bucks!)
6. Article Marketing Robot: This tool will submit your new content to more than 300 different article directories! (This will boost your traffic ridiculously..)
7. Facebook PPC: Although this can be costly, it can enable some INSANE traffic and good, quality leads! (I have a friend that is making crazy money doing it..)
8. Blog Commenting: Comment on like-minded user's blogs. Simply put! lol.
9. Tags in posts: Seemless as they may be, put relevant tags in ALL your posts. Search engines LOVE this!
10. Google Keyword Tool: This will help you name your post something that will be searched thousands of times a month!

If you use these tricks for every new piece of content you create, your blog's traffic will increase EXPONENTIALLY.

Like I said, I use almost every single one of these techniques and in doing so, my blog's traffic increased 564.1% my first week..

So go out there and generate some MASS Traffic! (Just dont pass up my Google ranks! lol)

You are going to sincerely do a lot of work to receive quality amount of traffic to your site. Some of the techniques to consider that wasn't mentioned by Joshcoffy are blogging, submitting your site to web directories, press release, web 2.0 sites and rss feeds.

For your RSS feeds go to hostmyrss dot com.

If it is legit and has decent reviews ask customers to send in their videos or sound bites saying how satisfied they are with the e-book. In turn you could reward them with a discount on their next purchase or whatever may fit. Positive customer feedback and testimonials can give the last nudge needed for the next visitor to hit purchase.

assuming the ebook provides useful information and the advice works, i would say word of mouth is probably your best bet. veterans know other veterans. dont forget to ask your customers or subscribers to tell their other veteran buddies.

this may be as simple as encouraging the action, or you might need to provide some incentive or discount or something to make this happen.

Try paid advertising out. Start with AdWords and Facebook advertising.

Also try SEO out in the meantime. Will definitely boost your traffic

What JoshCoffy is doing can get you some insane traffic. Yeah it's work, but so what?

Great question- Lots of feedback, however I have to agree a quick method as you stated-
-The press release is quick, within your control to launch quickly
-FB- other social networks
-Article marketing, even just a few of the top directories -EZ/Art base, etc,.
- Look at Social Monkee, free method, daily, automated- just minutes, spread the word..!

All have worked for me...

Just an idea, market it in some insurance agent forums. We love working with veterans and we will buy almost any information that will give us an opportunity to get in the door.

Target just one single keyword that get about 5000 exact searches per month and try to rank position 1 for it! Voila

(I know it sounds easier then it actually is but you will love SEO once you get the hang of it :-) )

Identifying some keywords around Veterans getting money would be a great place to start.

Go into the Google Keyword tool and type in a phrase like "veterans get money" and see what their search suggestions are and find good targetted phrases.

Once you have a list of keywords that get about 1500 searches per month or more, you will want to check their competition in Google and YouTube.

Once you have found some keywords with competition that you feel confident that you can
beat then set up some videos in YouTube. Make sure you videos are optimized with your keyword in the Title, Description, and Tags.

Put your URL in the description so that viewers can easily click to your website.

This will be an easy way for you to rank in the search engines and get organic traffic that is interested in how to get money as a veteran. The nice thing about this method is that residual traffic will continue to grow as you create more videos.

Have your buddy write an article at my site and backlink. I get 700-900 uniques a day right now, and growing quickly, and while your buddy wouldn't necessarily get 500 a week from my site, some backlinks might certainly help drive her some traffic and it's free. And as a US Air Force servicemember myself I'd certainly appreciate her using my site to market the help she's trying to provide.
