is there a market for that? :( (combined niches)

I was researching about it, I was about to finish outline of my another product. A complete training and coaching program.

I want to ask fellow warriors, is there a market for mindset training? I mean teaching entrepreneurs step by step formula sort of several approaches towards the frustrations and frictions we face when it comes to getting the results we want from ourselves.

I remember 6 years ago that many of the gurus told me that IM or business is easy, you can retire early. I don't wanna retire early but hell it isn't easy as it seems. Infact, I have to work 12 hours a day and even on sundays to get the type of results I want. Thankfully I love to create content for my niche otherwise I would have given up.

It is totally true:

In my early days, I faced lots of challenges when it comes to maintaining my focus and perusing my ambitions.

I also gotto learn avoid focusing on the things that I don't want, you know the "secret"?.

I figured out that it was impossible, we are not wired to avoid our fears, but we can totally focus on our passion and avoid thinking about the worst and thinking how can we take our passion to our next level by doing the stuff we enjoy.

So 3 months ago I was thinking about this and I came up with an idea of creating these frameworks or formulas which are little intense to implement, but get the results in most cases.

I was frustrated when I finished the product and started doing market research after that. It turns out that my product lies in Personal growth, peak performance, persuasion, mindset training and business psychology niche. (forgot to mention I created one module for achieving high energy too)

To be honest, I was enjoying creating the content, video after video, audio after audio and created several exercises and reports. I always wanted to teach this to entreprenuers like me who were starting or got started but aren't getting exactly what they planned for.

I made a mistake of not researching niche and stuff. I created a big product with lots of content from various niches.

I'm confused.

One thing I'm sure is that from my experiences and testing by giving away this product to few people on your list for review, as fellow warriors suggested in some previous threads, I got some positive reviews. That was a morale boosting thing!

I'm confusing how to target this thing.

I saw Tony Robbins has similar types of products, by similar I mean one product that focuses on several niches like performances, productivity, time management, success skills and health, but I'm NOT Tony Robbins.

But I'm clear about what my product do, who is it for and how can it help them.

How can I target this? I'm thinking mass targeted advertising and JV.

Has anyone from WF successfully did at least 6 figure launch in a "combined niche product?"

What techniques do you suggest that can help me achieve my target launch?

How to target "combined niche products?"

I hope this discussion help fellow warriors who are creating similar product or launching one.

I think you need to do some work on your target audience. I recommend the book, Attracting Perfect Customers for this.

A good way to deliver this would be a membership web site with an affiliate program others can join to promote and earn as well.

But i'm looking forward towards creating a premium product out of it.

        Harrel, I think it's a great idea!

As ebusinesstutor suggested, I think it would be wise to target your training towards a specific audience. There is a marketing saying, if you sell to everybody, you sell to nobody...

As far as how to market this, since you're doing video, do a squeeze page that gives your audience a 3 day video boot-camp or similar. In the last video, you can then link to the full product.

Of all the things I've ever learned, I think THIS is the most powerful one...

Get it out! Then improve over time. Business is organic, it's fluid and it's never done or "perfect".

Thanks, I'm doing exactly that. Creating 2 videos that will provide value with no pitch at all and in the last one I hit pitch.

Yeah and there's a huge offline market for this kind of thing too. I know a guy who is 20 and in college and does this sort of thing for corporations (and tells them he's older). You might consider the usual Craigslist ad for a seminar, get some material together, that would be the easier way if you don't mind offline. But putting together a package like this definitely has potential, people love to hear that stuff.

      Thanks!

I'm doing a seminar in November at San Francisco. I'm thinking selling some of this training and build a list of prospects before that.

      Appreciate your help

  • I would think so! A step by step mindset process would be essential not just for net entrepreneurs, but for all kinds of entrepreneurs. You could even include powerful models and strategies like the E-myth or Robert Kiyosaki's information along the process

So many business owners fall into the 'S' quadrant and i think it is vital to have mindset and motivation tools to take us all and keep us in the 'B' quadrant. Valuable stuff

Yes I agree, young entrepreneurs make some mistakes like falling into the grey zone and not utilizing their experience to its full potential, it is important. When people get out of grey zone, they eliminate friction and things starts to go pretty smoothly. But I believe this isn't a tip or technique but a skill. I have included this.

      Thanks!

Well said, agree on that! However, we all start with S, and then work it up to a B (or close enough... )

Okay guys an update, I outsourced to research on this topic and all I got is either big gurus are selling peak performance products for big prices, or some specific ebooks and cheap audio courses for $10 to 45, I tried couple of'em but they all have basically common sense stuff and same stuff which may not work in certain conditions.

But they are in demand, especially procrastination and mindset. People think they don't need motivation in this market, those who know have average income over $200,000 per year.

I should give this a try, I also finished an audio course of healing eyes, this course includes 25 five minutes each tracks and an action guide. I'll include it as a bonus but won't sell it on click bank or even stand alone.

Does anybody knows somebody selling tools like this in market? If I'm the first one, either I've got an opportunity or I'm lost.

        Thanks for help guys, appreciate.

I think this statement of yours hits the nail right on the head!

I think there is a HUGE market for this, but as you said, people THINK they don't need motivation in this industry...So your main aim here (Other than creating a great product) is going to be to convince people, and show them that they DO in fact NEED motivation! And you even got part of that done..."those who know have average income over $200,000 per year..."

I cant think of anyone else thats doing it this way...so if you can master getting people to know they NEED motivation - and they can get it from you - then the market is wide open for you!

Personally yes, i do think there is a market for this type of thing...

might be worth going onto a few forums, and creating POLL Threads on the topic to see where people's interest lays? this would at least give you some numbers and an idea of where to focus...

Thanks, I was actually confused over how to make things clear and simple.
