Thanks for the sometimes needed kick in the ass (can I say that online ?)Although I don't need it today, there are days when I can see this post and "Get in gear" So I for one appreciate the thoughts. Any motivation is better than none and for others out there, doing anything is better than not doing anything, always.

I concur!

Strategic action is vital to success.

It's very important for newbies to take strategic action and go through the simple process of...

- Pick a niche: (10X easier for newbies if it's outside of IM )

- Pick a couple of affiliate products for the people of the niche:

- Slap up some type of landing/warmup page:

( it does not have to be your own website page )

Here's a free marketing platform @ http://www.synthasite.com/googppc2

- Generate visitors to that landing page:

( 4-500 visitors will tell you a lot about how people will react to your offer )

- Review the results of your little test.

- Decide what to do next.

If you go through that basic affiliate marketing process you will be a changed person because doing a thing actually does something to a person.

Get busy and create a profitable online based business cause times have never been better for newbies.

I completely agree I have been lingering around this forum for about 2 weeks now and have learned a bunch of information and i think its time for me to take action!

This is so true.

I once read that the real secret to success was to learn...then take immediate action on what you've learned. At the very least, make an action plan.

Call me crazy, but...

Many of you have figured out the key to long term success - just taking action. You'll fail, you'll succeed, you will have many long, frustrating nights, but believe me - it's all well worth it.

I've been full time w/ IM for two years now and "gainfully unemployed" for three after leaving my IT job at an engineering firm.

I'll never look back. Wish I would have done it sooner.

For those of you who are still struggling or really not sure where to go or how to start, I'm doing something very special that I want to make available to you. Check the signature link for more details.

If you know about soccer start a blog about soccer and try to sell products. If you are a great writer and know a lot about fishing write a ebook about how to never go another day with out catching a fish. Just get started!!!

So I just sat down and started and over those 11 days I actually worked for 3-4 hours a day once i got home from school instead of the usual go on the warrior forum and just read for 3-4 hours.

Well because i finally decided to work and im not going to say it was easy but i did work i now have a report with my name on it and a small list of people.

So for those of you out there who have yet to get started what are you waiting for!!!

Sorry for the rant i just no that some people like myself need a little motivation to get started.

Its a new year start the year off right!

Eric is right! It is often east to get stuck in the mode of "getting ready"... Just get to it. It doesn't take massive action, it just takes action.

There are some of you with great ideas for what you want to do this year. Don't let these scare stories of recession keep you stuck... Just do it. This can be your best year ever! So stop reading and start DOING... you will be glad you did.

just started with h4profits and PIPS. was on info overload for awhile. Backed off for a few days to clear the brain and joined these programs. One thin g I learned for me was to promote one program and stick with it. Thanks for the the kick

Hi Eric and thanks for thinking of us poor newbies lol. I have been reading this forum for about 4 months and didn't join until yesterday. I have been taking action all along however and using the forum to assist me in taking action. I found answers to my questions and learned things I needed to learn.

Finally, I decided it was time to join and get more involved. I was a little intimated since everyone seemed to be advanced and I didn't know anything. I still don't know much, but am making progress.
