Youtube Channels and PR

Any ideas on taking advantage of the PR on your youtube channel to help your sites or others sites?

I was curious and checked out my channel - EisenhowerStudios's Channel - YouTube and it has a PR 4

Along with my top video Home Studio - 160,000 + Views PR 4
#1 on youtube for home studio, 1st page of google for home studio.

Not trying to self-promote, just curious what you guys/gals would do if this was your situation, if you could do anything advantageous with it?

Thanks again,

Ryan

Well, do you have a website where you're promoting a course/product related to creating a home studio?

I personally don't do ClickBank, but I know there is music-making software in their marketplace.

Another option would be to see if software such as FL Studio, Reason 5, Cubase, etc. offer affiliate programs. You could try to do a review of any of those that you personally own or have worked with in your own home studio, and put affiliate links in your YouTube channel or top ranked video.

I haven't done any in-depth research but I know keywords like music making software, music program, beat making program, etc. get lots of monthly searches. Since your video is already ranking on page 1 for home studio, it could definitely drive traffic via YouTube to your affiliate site.

I think people can take advantage of your channel PR by posting a comment that link back to their channel.

But on the other side, I don't really know but it can be an interested subject.

Actually if you write some url on your profile, it should give these url your PR.

Once your Youtube channel has a good PR, I'm pretty sure it gives benefits to all your uploaded videos and the future ones as well.

    Again, it's just some ideas.

You can get good link juice by posting a comment on a channel with high PR.

And as said before, your future videos will get better rankings and expose once you have built more of an authority channel that has a decent PR.

It sounds like you are doing pretty well with a PR 4. Your future videos will likely be ranked better now when you upload them to this channel.

Personally, this is what I'd do. I would add a bunch of links to my PR channel but only take advantage of your channel by adding more videos and letting those videos reap the benefits of being uploaded to a PR 4 channel.

      Good luck,

      Paul

Well from what I understand, the only do-follow link is the one on your channel where you list your website, I'm using it for one of my websites I'm working on ranking, hopefully it will help out :0

Personally, this is what I'would do. I would contribute a cluster of links to my PR channel but only take vantage of your channel by contributing more videos and permitting those videos draw the benefits of being transferred to a PR 4 channel.
