Are there any Amazon like affiliates without the state restrictions?

I live in one of those unfortunate states that Amazon affiliates won't do business with. (NC) Besides eBay, is there any other affiliates I should be focusing on since Amazon is out of the question?

I'm new to IM so I really don't know what I'm doing with it yet.

(I've spent the last three years as a ghostwriter and now I'm starting to branch off on my own and promote my own things. I know about keywords and SEO but it turns out there's a lot more to learn now that I'm concerned with more than just the writing. )

    Almost every single store you can think of has an affilaite program including

    Walmart
    Best Buy
    Barnes n Noble
    Circuit City

    I could go on, and on and most of these companies use affiliiate management companies such as

    CJ.com
    Shareasale.com
    Linkshare.com

    Take a look and you will be amazed by the number of stores that offer affiliate marketing opportunities.

    There is no reason you cannot market physical products and you could even do Amazon by incorporating in another state that is not affected, not difficult but you would need to take legal advice to ensure you cover your butt
