Loving The New Warrior Forum Helpdesk!

Not sure if anyone has noticed, but there has been some changes to the forum help desk interface and features lately..It is now much easier to disclose all the information in one place rather than type out all the details like username, email etc. Kudos to the guys at Warrior Forum for implementing this change!

    If I'm not mistaken, Thomas did all that by himself...he's pretty amazing! There was some kind of problem with the old software so it had to be replaced.

    I'd like to add that the responsiveness of the Help Desk has been really amazing. A few weeks back, I had a really sticky situation on here and they replied to my concern in less than an hour. With the volume of messages they must get, that is REALLY impressive.

    Yes, they now have Kayako on board. I've used them in the past for some of my helpdesks and it's a good setup.
