Help With Website

Hello,

I recently started a wordpress blog about muscle building. While I was edition a page I clicked on preview only to be shown a 404 error.

Now, when I click on a post or a page it shows the same 404 error that it isn't there? It just suddenly started.

Can anyone help fix the problem?

    I can only see your homepage, you would have to give someone admin rights to see what you're seeing. Site looks pretty good though.

    Hmmm. I went to update the permalinks and now some of them work, but sometimes it says "Redirect loop" hmmm
