INTERNET MARKETING

to report when you have made your first amazon sale which I am happy to report was last night!. It is a great feeling to wake up and find out you have made money while you were sleeping! Granted, it feels like I have worked over a thousand hours for that one sale but I have more than one site up and running right now so hopefully more are on the way soon!

I am trying really hard to to NOT keep checking every five minutes!

Thanks to everyone for the advice and answers to my questions so far.

well done! but no point in checking amazon regularly as it updates only once every 24 hrs.

  Do you know when this usually is?
  At night sometime I am guessing since when I checked this morning when I woke up was when I saw the sale?

  for me it's usually 1:30am GMT for .co.uk and midday for .com
  
  (yes I'm a UK-based affiliate with accounts for both amazon.com and .co.uk )

I'd stick to just checking it once a day when you think about it and not getting hung up on those stats. Just keep repeating what you did for your first success. Unless you're doing paid traffic where you have to see your stats asap, you're better off just going with the flow and over time your sales will hopefully build and build. Until then, keep on truckin

  I made two sales last week after starting to build amazon sites about two or three months ago. The sites have a lot of room to grow as far as ranking go but for those of you that have gone this route in the past with amazon sites, can you tell me how long it took for things to start snowballing and pickup where you were seeing a sale or two everyday?
