How do you sell set it and forget it facebook fan pages?

Hi guys. David here . There seems to be multiple ways to host a custom fan page, like self hosting and third party iframe apps. I currently host a few on my own but I have heard there are other ways to offer fan pages. I would like to know if there is a set it and forget it method for selling fan pages. I currently charge for hosting but I'd like to also offer a one time fee to those who can't or don't want to go the recurring fee. What's your take?
Which method do you prefer to use and why?

I offer it either way, but if they don't want to pay for my hosting, then they have to provide me with a place to move it to.

      Thanks

A good % of fanpage customers have not the slightest clue of how to create a fan page, let alone FTP and host on their own server. I think ease of use, and ease of launch are crucial here. Hosted iFrame | Facebook has a great model. Check them out.

Why don't you host them on your client's websites?
