Without PayPal

Hi,

I am from a non supported paypal country, I have 2checkout to receive payments from my buyers paypal account. But when it comes to send money to someone else's paypal account I do not find a way to it.

Every vendor, seller asks to paypal the payment, do you guys know any processor that can send money to paypal account ? :rolleyes:

    Unless you find a reliable trader who can send money via his paypal account in exchange of another online currency... there is no 'official' way of doing it.
