Passive Income - How do you build yours?

I would love to know how some of the warriors here build up their passive income.

How much money are you bringing in on a steady monthly basis? Setting up residual payments or monthly payments that are automatic.

I resell hosting for some of my sites and that brings me in some money each and every month. I also have a passive income coming into my adsense account from over 50 sites that I own but I am in the process of flipping most of these right now.

I am trying to come up with other forms of passive income and would love some ideas.

I know membership sites seem like a great idea but just havent figured out quite what I would build a membership site around.

Looking forward to hearing some comments back on this thread.

I started building my Amazon Associate portfolio about 18 months ago.

For me it's a great passive income stream and I do other things to make additional revenue (Offline clients for one) too.

I made a commitment that I'd keep building and ranking sites until I reached me daily goal.

After about 6-7 months I passed that goal and it's recently doubled. I probably adds around 3-4 sites a month to keep ramping it up.

      WoW thats great Russ! Congratulations!
I love to hear about people meeting and achieving their goals.
Its great that your income is passive too. I have never had much interest in promoting amazon stuff due to the low payouts in my country. Its a shame as it seems to be a pretty profitable method.

Solve people's problems. Focus and try to find out what problems are faced by people these days and solve that. The bigger the problem, the bigger the paycheck. And more importantly, focus on making those people (whom you solved the problems for) happy and give them exactly what they want.

I have a blog in the IM niche, but since I have recently become reaquainted with the Warrior Forum, I have learned some new things, purchased some WSO's, and am implementing them. A blog is obviously a long-term strategy, but the WSO's are more of a fast cash method. That way, I am covered on both ends. The fast-cash method is supposed to be somewhat passive, but I haven't fully implemented it yet.

Oh, I just thought of a good way to build passive income that a number of my more experienced internet marketing friends are using: starting your own article directory. It's a good way to make passive income with Adsense -- once you get enough people posting on a regular basis.

I also have some friends that run their own PLR stores.

Yeah PLR stores that offer memberships seem to be a real big hit!
This is something that I have thought about too. But I know it will take a LOT of work to get it set up and going and need to find a really reliable team of writers to create the content.

I think it requires a pretty heavy investment but could be successful.

      Thanks for the tips

I run a small network of around 150 diverse sites from ecomm to blog to adsense to social networking. They all trickle in funds every minute of every day and I spend alot of my time searching for new things to startup. I also consult but other than that my entire operation is on autopilot.

Affiliate promotions on my sites and lists. Earning mid 4-figures each month. Hope to double it within 12 months.

Am moving into exclusive referral agreements at the local level. Just inked a deal and am near inking my second deal. This is where I own sites and get a lucrative commission for referrals to local businesses and/or a piece of the action. It's a new gig for me, but is working so far.

I use adsense niche sites, amazon niche sites and list building!

It takes time, but consistency is the key and having a method that works for you.
