OP's provide customer support
I understand No WSO is perfect, some have typos, crappy videos, rehashed courses, hard to understand ect...but we are all human, and the point is not to create perfect wso, just one that makes money.
What I don't understand is, when you create a product, have great sales, great conversions, some even become wso of the day, ect...and when you get valid questions with actual issues, you go days, even weeks and no response to PM, email to your support desk, no response to your thread on the forum.
I understand you are busy, overwhelmed with sales and questions, trouble tickets ect...and you have personal life outside of the forum, but how long would it take to respond to your thread and at least let your Customers know you are still around, you will eventually respond to there questions or concerns as quickly as possible, and let them know have not just taken there money.
Just my two cents, customer support not only works for our offline clients, it also works for your customers here on this forum.
