Hi guys,

Just thought I'd start a little bit of a motivation thread here, I have seen a lot of questions over the past few days from new guys doubting that you can make money online.

So I would like to ask you to honestly share with us the largest single day profit you've made online. Maybe it will motivate some of the newbies to stick at internet marketing.

Also if you wish you can share with us how you did it, and I don't mean tell us your method blueprint... I simply mean stating whether it was from adsense, CPA, PPC etc.

Hopefully the answers you provide will help some people choose the best path to making money online.

    If you need inspiration, I know many people in online marketing who are making it big. And when I say big, I mean BIG.

    I personally have made high 4 figures in a day but that is the maximum and is an exception rather than the norm.

    Email list built with free and paid methods over a LONG period of time.

    Happened only once, Guru product launch, high commission product. Looking forward to it again when Dan Kennedy launches his Game Changer...12 buyers is 5 figures. *shrug*

  • Depends, my wso varies between $297 to $54/bump (at $27 price tag). But it's definitely possible to make money online. Creating a WSO would be the easiest way for starters. Next, you could create plugins or business in a box and sell thousands of them as a WSO as well. Build your list, and send affiliate offers. You'll never have to create a product again once your list hits 2k subscribers

  • I have made around $497 in one day. Sold a yearly membership to my membership and sold a physical DVD package. I used article marketing to drive leads to my squeeze page and then promoted my products to my subscriber list. There's lots of money to be made online provided your approach is correct...

  • My biggest has been $50 so far in a single day though a freelancing job that I got from odesk.However second comes from adsense $5 a day.Not big but yet enough for my pocket costs.
  • Biggest day for me in terms of commissions was about $7K after selling several big-ticket items. However, my biggest day in terms of selling something I actually owned was $9.8K after selling a couple of web sites. Needless to say, I was on "cloud 9"

      My biggest money making site is in the travel niche, and a typical day is a $100 day.

      My biggest day was probably a $500 day. I usually have a big day in the spring when the entertainment book goes on sale for $10 and I get a $7 commission for each sale. I send a message to my list and tons of people buy on that first day.

      Also, when the go cards are on sale lots of people buy them. I get a 5% commission on what could be a $400 to $1200 or more order. I've woken up to $200 in commissions some days. Combine this with good entertainment book sales, adsense clicks, plus vacation package commissions, and good days can be really good.

      Folks can get caught up in how much they make and how much they wish they were making. I've had many $100+ days, some over 1K, but I am truly as excited and thankful when one person wants what I offer and I make only a few dollars.

  • Wow, I'm impressed with all the numbers you guys are pulling!!
    Our website is quite new (4 months old, of which only the last 2 full-time) so we still have very moderate income targets, but we did have a day back in late July when we made $130 in one day - that was a huge deal for a website our size!!
    This has yet to happen again, but we've had quite a few days since when we have pulled $60 or $70 in a day!
    We're hoping that by the end of the year we should be able to have triple digit days fairly consistently.
    All with CPA marketing by the way.

    • I'll share something from a personal experience that may inspire newbies -
      and even more experienced marketers and online sellers.

      For years, I was stuck at a certain income level. Let's call it $1,000
      a month (not that it was, but let's give it a value, so it's easier to
      hold in mind).

      At a particular point in time, many different things came together - and
      I *believed* it was possible to break past that barrier and go much
      higher.

      A month later, I had my first ever day which was a multiple of the earlier
      limit.

      (No, I'm NOT saying what that figure was - because it is irrelevant. For
      some Warriors, it will be $25,000 or $150,000 or higher - and for others
      it will be $25, or $10, or maybe even $5 a month - the figure does NOT
      matter as much as the fact that the NEW high is a MULTIPLE of the prior
      level!)

      Thrilled, I shared the news here on the forum - and I still remember
      Jack Humphrey asking me when I was going to have my $50,000 day!

      Now THAT really stretched an imagination that had just broken past one
      "limiting belief", and took it to a whole new dimension.

      And - surprise, surprise - exactly 3 weeks later, I had my first ever
      experience of making 10x more than the previous high!

      Not a $50,000 day, not even close to it - but TEN TIMES my best.

      It gets even better. Two months after that day, I had another when the
      profit was TWICE as much as the 10x high.

      And over the next few months, I repeated that performance a few times.

      Did I get smarter in the course of 6 months than I had in the decade
      before?

      Did I work harder (ten times as much) as I had in the past?

      Did I learn a whole lot more than over the years before then?

      No, no, and no.

      Only ONE thing had changed...

      I BELIEVED it was possible.

      Believed it without any doubt, hesitation or qualification.

      Sure, it took some smaller successes to help shore up that belief.
      But in the end, it was a leap of faith - one every individual takes
      for him- or herself... when the time is right!

      When that happens for YOU, you'll experience magic.

  • I have no clue what my best day ever was. But I do know that the best month that I ever had was right around $178K. Normally I look at daily and weekly numbers, but they tend to be fairly consistent (but do fluctuate) and nothing really stands out that I remember. Which is surprising because you think I would of remember the weeklies for that month, but I don't. The only reason I even know it is because one year when it was tax time I pulled a monthly report and saw that and have never forgotten it.

    Directly with IM, my largest days profit is $48, but I only started earlier this year alongside my full time non IM job.
  • I don't know if this is the kind of motivation you are looking for...
    I was broke about 3 years ago due to some really stupid decisions I made but after I stopped feeling sorry for myself: I bought a domain name, formed a corporation, made a wordpress brochure type site, bought a prepaid cellphone, got a google voice account, borrowed my parents internet connection, then made an an email list of about 20 or so people I knew, contacted them and landed a $200,000+ government contract. First payment $44,000.

    Of course this is the condensed version. However, from the beginning to the signing of the contract it only took approximately 4 months and I never saw my counterpart in person. Everything was done through email, FEDEX and cellphone.

    • It is good to hear that YOU guys got that 3-4 digit through online. For me, the highest total amount that I received is only $100 and of course $40 for the lowest for the total project of writing original articles, which I started. It takes two to three months before I really felt that I'm earning already. But still I'm thankful for that opportunity which also the reason why I'm here now. But I still strived hard to get as high as I can. Yes truly there is money online. You just find a work that fits you and find it more interesting. Though it takes time and patience, but it will surely surprise you when you already earn through it.
  • Hmm, some impressive numbers here. I know some of you are pulling thousands and thousands in profit each and every day, and I'm working hard to get there myself.

    My highest day so far has been $970 profit selling services (not SEO). Average is in the $200-$300 a day range. I'm yet to hit a four-figure profit day.
  • WOW congrats to ya all that making hell of money for me i have not made a dime yet nor have i started IM business yet. am still studying the market to find a better way to start it off am not going rush but hopefully i will start my IM career next month or so.thank you guys you really inspired me and made me wanna take action soon .

    I have a few customers that pay me to create web sites, but I don't consider it as in one day, because it take me a lot more then 1 day to finish it.

    • The highest I earn in one day is $68.34 from one affiliate sale, the customer bought 3 products.

      I'm hoping to make it consistent in 3-4 months time and maybe hit 3 figures consistently per day.

  • My biggest day was 5 figures for a website flip (spent 12 weeks working on it though!) Besides thats, WSO's have brought me some four low four figure days.
  • My biggest day has been $280.00, which I'm sure isn't a lot in comparison to other folks, but there it is. This comes from affiliate marketing and more specifically SEO. I am hoping to hit the $300/day mark when I start my second income stream next month. It's more of a fast-cash method that will enable me to get paid via Paypal. I'm not sure how well I will do with it since I have never done it before, but I am really excited about it.

  • I'll just share success with niche sites, since this is what most people here do. Just pure organic free traffic, no email lists or product/service promotions involved - not everyone has a course or email list.

    For one niche website - it was $1200 one day and $800 the next.
    So, $2000 in two consecutive days from one website.
    2 weeks after launching that niche site.
    That was my personal record so far.
    Only 5% commissions but expensive products.

    Hope this will inspire some people because there is huge money online.
    It's important to change your mindset and stop thinking that it's only possible to make pennies a day on the internet.
    However, there's no easy money online. Everything requires time, effort, and consistency.

    Yes, that was in a single day. That week I did $231,000.

    Edit: Infact I'm all over the web for it, but thats for you to research. What did I do with the money? The worst mistake I made in my life. I wasted it before I had chance to invest it in all the excitement and buzz.

    Being new, I'll give you a bit of advice I've said over and over. Don't count your chickens before they hatch.

  • I've done high 4 figures in a day, but I have an email list, not in IM, in the scrapbooking business.

    we've done, me and my wife, $6000-$7000 in one day multiople times, launching new products.

    When I got started with IM, I created an affiliate site for a product launch for Jason Potash. I made about $200 in one day in commission. I was barely started. I had no list, just a wordpress blog a simple SEO. the launch was for a week and I earned about $500 dollars.
