Remove text on image - $20 via PayPal

I have a template that has outdated text on a seal and have tried removing it myself but cant get it to look right.

So if any of you graphics people can remove the text, all of it, so it looks right, I'll PayPal you $20.

I have attached a zip w/ the files needed. (The seal is sliced an I will need them back sliced.)

If you are going to give it ago, please post so others will know.

Questions? Just ask.

        Not the black text. You used a "round tool" and got into the black shadow at the top and you can tell when looking at the image.

          Yeppers and there was black shadow at the bottom also.
