Microsoft Word Question?

I am writing an ebook right now and all was good then all of a sudden everytime I strike a key the word appears then reappears everytime I hit a key. What the hell is this?

I guess you should just restart your machine, and things should return back to normal.

  Maybe you just restart your system again, or check your keyboard if any button is not hold press down.

Sounds maybe like auto complete got turned on.
