Is it legal... 2 websites + same server + same content.

i have one auto blog and its getting good traffic (2000+) and I am plainning to start new website with same plugins and content.

Is it fine with google adsense.?

      I am using news fetching plugin. Its extracting latest news.

      So in short i want to ask..

      Can i start 2,3 or more news sites on same server? (since these are news sites, it will have same content)

        If the sites will be in different niches and the plugin pulls in different news streams, then that's absolutely fine.

          but i dont think it will fetch different content. it will extract same content.

          Wht i want to do this?

          i have this website but its getting indexed slolly (may be becos of .org) and another websites which get indexed fast. (may be becos of .com)

    Whether it's legal or not doesn't really matter. Why would you want to double your efforts for nothing? If you are getting good traffic to that site, then concentrate on getting more traffic.

    If it's going to have the exact same content, then the new site will be redundant.

    It sounds like to need to create some backlinks for the .org site.
