google checkout is it like paypal?
if i dont have a store and i want to sale how can i ask payment from buyers?
for fan page is there apps for google checout and or paypal?

    Personally I use shopify which has a google checkout, paypal, and merchant account modules for several payment gateways.

    Then I use the facebook shop plugin available in the market place for shopping carts on my fan pages.

    Google checkout is great, and is pretty much like paypal. I prefer it.

    Some card's payment cannot be transacted through PayPal. However, it can be done through Google Checkout.

    Google Checkout is under rated.

      I am not very sure about setting up an account if you would purchase direct through Google Checkout.

      However, I used my simple gmail account to pay a vendor as easy as 1.2.3.
      I can't thank enough for Google Checkout. And also, I hope marketers can seriously look at this payment processor in the coming future.
