What do you think of this niche?

Hey guys,

Just wanted a second opinion which I found very interesting.

Look at the results I had on Google Adwords Tool.

I have attached the screenshot of the results.

Looking forward for your comments.

Is that using the 'Exact Match' option?

    ... if so, wow.

The adwords competition is very low or non existent, so to me that looks like a non-buying niche. On the other hand that could mean that there's little or no competition.

Its not all about traffic and competition. The actual keyword is going to be the main factor on the quality. If it's a mispelled word, brand name keyword, or mirrored keyword, it's probably not going to do much for you.

You MIGHT be able to get a lot of traffic to your site depending on the strength and amount of competing pages. But even if you can get tons of traffic to your site...what are you going to do with it if none of them want to buy? And there's no adwords advertisers, so you will have a hard time making money with adsense too...

To give you an idea of how important quality, targeted traffic is....

I once had a site that got about 80 to 100 targeted visitors a day - this gave me about one sale every other day....then one day the site lost all its original rankings, and gained number 1 spots in google for similar keywords - but with the word "Free" in front of it...the site was getting over 1200 unique visitors a day from that...but NOT ONE SINGLE SALE...in over 2 months i was getting that traffic...NADA...no sales...eventually i made a few lousy bucks by using a "FREE" content gateway...

But it goes to show...quality is MUCH BETTER than quantity...and id take a highly targeted, buying keyword any day of the week over a non targeted keyword getting thousands more attention

Geez thats interesting...never seen something quite like that before!

But without seeing the actual keywords, i tend to agree with with rosetrees above...you will probably find those keywords don't convert very well at all...I think it's virtually impossible that adwords advertisers would have missed an entire niche!

Another consideration is that the Adwords tool might be buggy...As a matter of fact ive had some problems with it in the last week...

    Interesting results none the less...

Seems you found something very interesting. Double-click on it and see how many results are in google ( be sure that the [EXACT] search is activated ). If they're less than 1 million and there are not any super authority sites , you can make a good business.
Also take a look at CPC. ( must be >$1 )
