If you stop using software such as Thesis Wordpress Theme and WP Robot by deleting them from any site you own, can you sell the license to a 3rd party? Just not using these anymore and trying to recoup some of my original cost that I think $150 for each. Thanks.

If it is licensed under the GNU, you can sell it over and over again, despite what people here will tell you.

Software is typically licensed so you need to review the license and its terms.

Once you say "license" you're looking at a permission situation, as opposed to outright ownership of what you bought. Think of it as a rental. You usually cannot rent your rental, or sell it, without the owner's permission.

I've transferred licenses to others. I contacted the seller and requested it. They're usually quite nice and best way to do it is to ask.
