Youtube Embedding Question

Just have a question about embedding youtube videos into a personal site/blog.

Can I add my own title, keywords and description?

I know that nothing within the youtube video itself can be edited or changed but instead data sourced from the host site to be added on top of the youtube meta information itself. Kind of like a layer?

      Basically im not sure if one can embed videos with their own meta data layered on top of youtubes??? Like for example in a WP post, adding a video, but placing your own title to that post, your own keywords and own description. Maybe ill just try it.
