How Can I Use Facebook to Promote My Business?

Hi guys

Can anyone recommend a product in WSO on how to promote using Facebook pages. I operate a company offering employment law advice in the UK and I have a facebook account. I've set up a separate page for this but I now have no idea how to promote it or profit from it.

I've found some amazing products on here and I've searched for Facebook but can't really see anything that fits the bill for me. My aims are;

To get people to see my page
To be found when people type in employment law advice (UK only)
To be able to monetize the site in any other compatible way
To link to and from my facebook page/website

Any ideas welcome - thanks in advance for your help guys!
