How do you get people to see your video on youtube?

So I have a video on youtube.. its a recorded meditation.. but I am not sure how to get more exposure to it. Can anyone share ideas on how to reach more people?

    Optimize the video for keywords, build quality backlinks and buy some "views", comments, increase subscriber base etc. There are people on fiverr.com who would do it, this will help the video rank well and get many views.

    Perhaps sign up to a site like Microworkers and pay small amounts of money per view.

    Or as Backlinksboy says, use Fiverr, there are people on most micro job website willing to up your video rank!

    Join forums on the related topic of the video, and post a link to the video as part of your replies in various threads.

    I usually post a reply, then include something like "related video" and then a link to the video.

    There is a Youtube keyword suggestion tool like the one for google adwords. You could find some keywords related to your niche and put them in video tags or optimize your title.

    The same way you do it with your site. Build backlinks, share them on bookmarking sites, give the video a longer description with your keyword, hire people from micro job sites to watch and rate your video.
