How much is this site worth?

You should try selling this on flippa - or list it here or on DP. If you're making some money with it and if it has some traffic you could get a few hundred bucks.

When I'm selling new websites that don't make any money yet I always include in the listing hints to how much money it can make: CPC values, clickbank products, Amazon products... Give your potential buyers ideas and get them excited about the market.

As a rough estimate, I think you could sell that for at least $500.

Set the 'buy it now' price to at least $1000. Potential buyers will assume it's woth that amount and that bidding just half will get them a bargain!

Since there is no revenue, you should focus on the "potential".

You have a ton of great selling points, so try to list as many as you can.

- PR1 homepage
- Google page #1 for "build homemade solar panels"
- Exact match domain name
- x amount of traffic (get Google Analytics)
- $0 running costs

Then sweeten the deal with a few bonuses:

- Free hosting for x amount of time
- Free transfer to buyers hosting
- Free after sales support

etc

No problem

Flippa is my preference, but I would stick a simple website on those domains first since the majority of buyers are looking for websites, instead of just domain names.

There's alternatives though:

If you have awesome domain names without a website: Welcome*-*Sedo.co.uk

If your website is worth less than $100: Websites For Sale - Buy & Sell Your Site

I ment to say websites, but I do have about 80 domain names sitting around, too.

BTW... I just checked out your sample 'BossFlip' pdf.

I liked the way you designed the 'sample' ...

I think I will do something like that on some of my reports, etc.

You revealed just enough, to get my curiosity up...

I might just have to go and purchase it.

I would keep it until it makes revenue. I seriously doubt that you're going to get much without revenue. Potential ... they all say that. All Potential means is that the site doesn't make any money.

Yeah, I've used flippa in the past. Never had any problems, and I too would recommend them. You don't always get what you're asking and sometimes you get more!

you can use flippa, ebay, etc to sell your site.

However if you wish to calculate what your site is worth remove the average you have earned out of your site for the last 3 months. Now multiply that by 12 or even 24 if you get lucky and you will get an estimate of what your site is worth.

However there are other assets that counts if you sell your site like your no. of subscribers, products you have created, unique content on your site or blog, search engine ranking, targeted monthly traffic to your site, etc.

You could also try checking out one of the many site value sites out there. Check a few out, you'll probably get a number of different figures. I don't know how accurate they are!
