OTO Ideas: Please Help!!!

I'm creating a product funnel for a new ebook teaching people "how to create a product funnel"...however I'm struggling to come up with a one time offer for the backend.

Does anyone have any ideas? This is a basic ebook that I'm giving away for free to build a targeted list.

Here are my specific ideas so far.

1. Should be under 50$

2. Should be a "fast action" type of thing

3. Easy enough for a newbie to grasp but in depth enough to get results.

Other than that I'm really stumped...

    create a not so Basic ebook and put a price tag on it, give away the basic ebook & sell the not so basic one on the back end

    I feel you can ask yourself
    why people buy this book on
    building product funnel in the
    first place.

    Perhaps to start an online business.
    Perhaps to fine tune his existing business model.
    Perhaps out of curiosity.

    These come with different backends.

    Maybe I will sell my product with MRR and
    sales page done so that the buyer can
    start selling something right now.
    (instant gratification)

    Or you can even sell set-up service for a fee...

    Just some ideas.

    I would create an upsell based on "Advance Funnel Tactics"

    This ebook would explain in detail different funnel tactics such as:

    - large upsells, meaning high priced items
    - membership upsells, low monthly model with service products for passive income
    - membership upsells with large monthly
    - consulting upsells
    - seminar upsells

    etc, etc,

    Of course then you could upsell a seminar or consulting group for $X,XXX to watch-over-there-shoulder as they make money with their funnel tactics

    I have a medium priced program that gives users that many.... many products to help them run all aspects of their site. AdWord, AdSense, Blog etc.. Let me know if you want to review/ Add it.
