Help my client's site is hacked

Hello there,

This is the first time one of my sites is hacked.

www.virgilslawncare.com

I can't log in to it. what can I do?

Can you login your cpanel?

Have you contacted your hosting provider?

Do you have backups?

Note the site has been blacklisted, so best to get it sorted ASAP.

Log in to the cpanel.

Delete the files in the folder

Reinstall the backup and you are back in the business

One of my WordPress sites was hacked recently. I was able to get it restored via a backup after contacting my hosting provider. I will definitely be looking into getting some kind of backup service or software, as it is dangerous to trust that my hosting provider will always be able to restore my site. Good luck!
