Ezanga are very good if you are willing to setup a decent sized campaign. By decent sized i mean $50 upwards so not too high.

I spent $100 with them and made profit. They are very hands on. I had a manger called greg. We had a long phone chat (USA them ---> Malaysia me) before we started and had a quick skype chat every day stay updated.

They run a very involved program if you are looking at spending more in a longer ad campaign.

To profitably buy PPC traffic, its important to have your own product with an affiliate program, so that you can grow your affiliate program at the same time with that paid traffic (some of the people that visit your site though your ads will join your affiliate program). If you don't have your own product, you'll be competing with people that do have their own products, and they will be able to afford to pay more per click since they are growing their affiliate programs and emails lists while at the same time making sales.

Some good PPC sites are Adfly, Facebook, Adwords (though Adwords is the most expensive PPC traffic there is), and BuySellAds.

Also, contacting website owners and buying ads directly is a good idea.

Adhitz.com is a nice one for MLM, biz opp, and related niches. You can get some prominently places ads on high traffic websites for as little as a few dollars per month.

I can be honest with you PPC takes time and lots of testing.

We have spent lots of money on this, and you will not make money say 10k your first month.

it takes time to learn, test learn some more test some more. When you have niche coversions to your offer only then is it time to turn it up and make big money.

I would start out small and try to make $100 profit a week, then a $100 a day and then $200 a day, an so on and so forth.

Do not just stick to the big G.

    we use

    Yahoo PPC
    MSN adcenter
    Facebook
    Plentyofish

and Yes, harrioson is right, go for some media buys if you have the money. Do Google search for keywords and search high traffic sites to see if you can put a cheap banner ad up and get redirect traffic that way.

Getting massive amounts of traffic for us is about working smarter not harder. Sometimes you just have to be a little creative.

This of course may vary depending on your product or service and your target market.

I am selling water filters and foreign real estate (2 different sitesJ) and my results with Facebook were terrible - although said to be very good due to the ability to "target market" which I utilized as best I could.

My campaigns with Yahoo and MSN/Bing were also worthless. My only success - limited though it was - was with Google.

Note however that I was unable to spend more than about $40 a month on google. My sense of this is that with google - at least in my market - it is necessary to spend more like $100/month at minimum. Again, I am sure all this varies with products and services. I am only giving my own feedback as per my own experience.

Think you were missing my point. This is why as marketers and why I just explained above that you need to test.

Without testing in this game you wont get sales.

Without testing in PPC you will lose your shirt. I learnt the lesson the hard way, and just thought I would pass on this info.

Test small, if you find something that does work, then upscale.

If it doesnt work, no love lost, and you havnt broken your bank either.

        Pretty simple really.

celente, actually I was responding more to the original post than to your post specifically, that was my mistake for attaching my response to your post...

I agree with you, from what I know... that testing keywords and such and starting off small are good ideas. I am just about to buy Market Samurai because of this. I already realized I made one mistake because I did not read the keyword research correctly and I think MS will help me with this...

But in general, I think that it's hard to get a lot of traffic with google adwords without spending a substantial amount of money. I have been spending less than $50/month and I believe this to be inadequate, though it depends on the keywords/market. Would you agree or disagree?

      Seosolider,

I spend alot on PPC. I make profit, and infact it is good profit. WHY? I am a testing nut.

I test and test and milk google for everything they are worth. I see some PPC marketers just test something make $40 bucks profit on one campaign when they could be making $200 profit for the same campaign. Again what I do it test keywords and have a totally different campaign for the most likely keywords.

Its not about spending, or needing to spend any amount. you need to work on conversions.

My bet is, and no offense to you, is that you website probably has crappy copywriting, or language that is not appealing to your most likely prospect. Get in their head, what do they want? why do they want it? yadda yadda.... Like i said its about keywords, and also what they see when they arrive at your site.

But all in all, and I have done PPC marketing for many years, some niches do better than others.

Back in 2006 was in the (bad habit we have) niche, and it was my highest converting offers. But everything was smooth, I tested adwords copy, and also had a sales page written by top copywriting expert (who is a warrior by the way) and everything just clicked on the 7th test I did. I was a lucky draw....cause most people give up on the first try. Silly really.

Take times and patience with PPC, the PPC gurus never seems to tell anybody that!!!
