I need to be able to grab the URL and keyword like this.

http:www.domain.com/keyword-1

I like the results to go to a .csv file.

http://www.domain.com/keyword-1 | keyword 1
http://www.domain.com/keyword-2 | keyword 2
http://www.domain.com/keyword-3 | keyword 3
http://www.domain.com/keyword-4 | keyword 4

If you know of the tool or have an affiliate link for it, can you please post it here.
