How can I make Pennyroll Better? I would love an expert opinion.

I've had pennyroll.com for a few years, actually I'm in my third year and have learned a lot. I started the site as small business ideas directory list for people who needed to earn money but didn't have much to start with and it's evolved from there.

I would love to know how I can make it better for the users, how I can monetize it better to become profitable, and how I could make the navigation easier to use.

Thanks so much in advance for your tips.

    Close the comments on your posts, when people see "0 comments" their eyes glaze over and they click the x button.

    In the sidebar, remove the RSS button from the Subscribe box and replace it with an email opt-in. Move the Subscribe Box above the Recent Posts.

      Thanks I appreciate that, but if I want people to comment how do I get them to do that so I don't have to close them?

      Thats another thing I've been learning here on warrior forum, how do I get subscribers. I know the content is worthwhile, but how do I get readers to subscribe, or rather get a email list?

    You have to get more traffic if you want comments. The sites that get a lot of comments, get a lot of traffic.
