What do you do, when a Warrior promised 100% guarantee and refuse to honour his word?

I bought a WSO last week, the sell promised 100% Money Back Guarantee. His WSO did not deliver what he claimed on the sales page, three of us had asked for refund even on his thread, he had done nothing till now. What do we do? I don't want to mention his name.

You need to report it to the helpdesk:

I don't know man. Most of the WSOs I bought have been garbage anyway. They seem to be a trial platform for many marketers before they put it on CB or Commission Junction. The price is usually so low I never worry about asking for a refund. I choose not to manifest that kind of negativity. But that's just me.

    Peace,

    Shane

I suggest you use the help desk....you can also try sending him a message again...and giving him some few days before asking for help from the help desk

You are a victim of another tragic situation. There is nothing you can do now unless the WSO seller himself decides to refund you.

      This is wrong.

There is something else he can do, and as correctly explained by Les and others above, it's contacting the Help Desk.

Did you even read the thread topic ? The OP is asking for a "REFUND".

Yes, I'm well aware of that, Patrick, having read it all before I commented, thanks.

Les, above, and others gave him the correct advice on how to proceed, when he's asked for a refund and not got it (as have others in the thread, apparently). By contacting the Help Desk.

Les was until a little while ago one of the forum's senior Moderators, in case you didn't know. He was hardly dealing with this matter for the first time.

Then after that and in spite of that, you announced wrongly, that there was nothing the OP could do.

Maybe you assumed that contacting the Help Desk couldn't possibly help him to get a refund, or something?

Alexa is referring to what les and the others said regarding it being a WSO. Contacting the help desk won't necessarily get the refund, but it can cause the WSO to be removed and possibly the vendor being banned from future WSOs.

That becomes a consideration for the vendor to consider doing the right thing to continue on here.

Perhaps reading the posts Alexa was referring to would help.

          Thanks,

          John

If it was pay-pal, just request a payment reversal.

Paypal does not protect you against digital items. He will automatically win that dispute. That is my experience anyway with digital purchases. I have never requested a refund on a product like a WSO though.

In most cases when a PayPal user gets a email saying that someone wants a refund through a dispute claim, they will simply do so due to fear of having their account closed.

Why are you buying garbage WSO's?

You do realize, you are feeding the problem.

        Uh, yes they can.

I think in this particular case, the OP can show paypal the sales page and that it offers the money back. They will side with him.

Paypal does not "automatically" side with one or the other. I have see digital product sellers win disputes and I have seen customers win. Depends on the details presented.

You cannot mention his name here, but you can contact a moderator and explain the problem...or like Leslie said, contact the helpdesk.

I hope that you'll get your money back.

          Best,

You leave a bad review, you make a blog post about it and make sure to add SEO so when people google that product / guy's name they'll be aware.

Maybe contact the admin of this forum by submitting a ticket? Also show paypal some proof that he said he would give you the money back.
