Hello,

Recently I bought an ebook from plimus vendor and today while browsing internet I came across a book with exact content and pictures which I can download for free! Is it considered scam and whom I shoudl report it?

Appreciate your advice.

One legal possibility: If it were a private label rights publication with license terms that include the allowance of free distribution.

You will find the same plr title sold for a variety of prices, since the actual cost is near nill. More often than not, the ones allowing free distribution are loaded with affiliate links or promotions that benefit the author.

If you have reason to believe that this is outright theft, it's probably easiest to just advise the original author or supplier.

It's probably PLR ebook. It is LEGAL to do that, so it's not scam. But if you're not satisfied, ask refund.

There are also several product from Clickbank like that.

As long as the seller had rights to it, it's legal. Just because something is being given away for free doesn't automatically mean someone else can't charge for it. There are some well known book that are public domain, such as Think and Grow Rich. Many marketers give these books away as a bonus, though of course they can be purchased elsewhere.

That sucks! It happens though, like others have said it's legal if there's a PLR license to it. Just take it as a learning lesson, I always perform a Google search for the title of an ebook before I purchase.

Yea, more than likely they are just selling a rehashed PLR book. Like Dan said, mak sure to check a product out before purchasing it. If there is a money back policy, go get your money back

It can be a PLR ebook so no legal issues here .
