INTERNET MARKETING

Hello,

I am still putting together my first site and am having a bit of trouble...STILL!!

Firstly, if you go to my home page www.yeastinfectioncuresz.com there is a stupid list of example pages which i have no idea where they came from. In the top right corner if you click on 'the secret of yeast infections cures' (as per my domain) is what i wanted as my landing page.
Also i need to know how to edit the header graphic. I want resized the picture.

I am using Clickbump - please any suggestions would really help.

The title of your homepage is "example post 3". You should change that to something like "Yeast Infection Cures & Tips".

You need articles, at least 15 of them, then keep adding more.

Go to "Settings" "Reading" Then select "A static page" and use the page you want as your homepage.

To make your landing page the home page of the site, you need to select it from the drop-down list under Settings --> Reading.

Click the "A static page" button and select your landing page as the "Front page" to make it the home page of your blog.

If you want to get rid of the example pages, just delete them by going to "Pages" and selecting which ones you want to delete.

In WordPress Dashboard, go to "Posts" and delete all the example posts.

wordpress or html site?

If standard html site- name your home page/ landing page as 'index.html'

If wordpress go to dashboard > Reading in 'settings' > choose 'static page' and select the page you want as your 'front page' .

make sure you landing page/homepage is a PAGE and NOT a POST.
