How much could a list like this sell for?

  • Maybe you can sell it for several hundreds. If no one buys after quite some time, lower the price.
  • $1 per lead ?
  • With 37K probably will be worth at least 10K, depending on the market can be worth a lot more (or less). Start with a high price and reduce if no one is buying.
  • If it's an Australian list you are going to struggle to sell it. The spam laws are fairly tight in Australia and selling a list isn't taken to well in Aussie courts.

What ever the price be careful...

  • Do show some stats. What price you intend to sell?

    • The list in fact is much higher than 37K, probably near the 40K mark.

Where would I sell a list like that?

And where do I find out about the legalities?

      Thanks for this btw.

  • I recon the list would be worth about $3000, people are very skeptical about buying lists, so I would suggest that you let serious potential buyers first test portions of your list via solo ads. If your potential buyer gets good results from the test solo ad, then he might be willing to pay even more than $3000.
  • I don't think you're allowed to sell list just like that.

You can ask the list to optin to another list but that's about it.

  • Do you have any statistics from the list? How much have you made from the list? How often do you use the list? Why are you selling the list? What niche is your list in? What's the demographics? How did you acquire the list?

Lots of questions need answering before putting up a price imo. Plus as others have stated there are some legalities that're best discussed with a lawyer.

    • 37k is a lot, it should be worth quite a huge sum, like maybe 10000$ at minimum or more! The niche you are selling has to be a big trend like membership offers for unlimited movie downloads or something like that. Even if only a 1000 out of that 37000 buys that product ur selling, it can be worth 10000$ if u sell it at 10$ each. Just in one message. Maybe it can be worth 50000$, who knows? It's a great list!

    • Dont have stats as the list has not been marketed to apart from a tiny test run. Hence made no money from the list.

Can not say how I acquired the list. However I can guarantee the list is not harvested or acquired in any criminal way. The list is 100% genuine and has been created in a more than legal and lawful way

Maybe I should opt the list in first hmmm? What to offer?
