      What the long words for CPA actually? is this related to affiliate program? maybe like clickbank?

        CPA- Cost Pre Action or Cost Per Acquisition. Basically you get commission based action by user! There is lot of offers in CPA network, e-mail submit, zip code submit,...etc

        For Example,

        When user fills out their name and e-mail and you get paid or action by purchasing subscription or products...etc!

      Hi RAMarketing,

      Should I use the fanpage for relationship building and discussion, then have a separate website where the actual CPA call to action is?

    It depends what niche your fanpage is in. A fanpage such as "Waking up in the morning and stretching" is going to be difficult to make money from. If it's one of these types of pages I would filter the users by creating other pages for them to join that you think might interest them. That way you can target the users.

    If its a fanpage targeted at a certain demographic, create a video targeted at those users, and promote something of interest. Build some trust. Make sure you build an email list too so you can keep hold of those members.

    Facebook are notorious for shutting fan pages down for no reason.

    Something else I would do is build an application. A game, or something to engage the user. With applications you can collect so much more information from the user, including their email address. You can also make your application go viral naturally which is going to increase your user base, and if done properly, your revenue.

    I would certainly build an application if your targeted audience are unknown, or mixed. Create something fun and interactive that keeps them coming back for more.

    You need to make a killer video and get them to optin to awell written autoresponder with ARM emails (lookup ARM email course) i forget the guys name but it absolutly brilliant and then send them anywhere u want to buy whatever!!

    60K is a great fan base. Are these niche users? You need a website with CPA offers, adsense or amazon then every day create posts to your fanpage directly to your website to drive traffic to your offers. You should also add a email subscribe option so that you can stay in contact with people looking for certain offers.

      I will not sell anything directly to them on your fanpage. What I will do is start a blog on love and romance. Open an affiliate account with CJ or linkshare. Apply for online dating affiliate programs like eHarmony, match.com, Chemistry, etc.

      Eeveryday, post a new blog on your blog. Obtain colorful banners from the affiliate program you signed up for and place them on the right side bar and bottom of each blog post. DO NOT place any banner at the top of a blog post.

      Now, write a teaser or summary of the same blog post and publish it on your fanpage with a "Read More" link to your blog. This way, you will be directing them to your blog where there are banners about signing up for membership at an online dating site.

      Try it.

    i know a guy who sells subscription to blast my offers to the FB status oh his fanpage..

    But he had like 300k- and he charged about $500.

    I took up that offer many many times :-)

        lol, his fanpage was targetted in a niche that i am in .. so, i took that offer. Plus it was for a local product.

        And yea, i am happy with that guy too

    Hi there

    I need some ideas from you guys who have experience in monetizing Fan Pages and general IM.

    I have a Fan Page with just over 270 000 people who have "liked" it. The page is very active with daily content added by myself. I also have a website (which accompanies the page) which to be perfectly honest has been neglected in favour of the FB page. However now I have made a conscious effort to add content to the site. There is also an iphone app that I have had some success with.

    The niche it is in is a major travel destination. So far I have made some money by affiliate links to hotels, car hire and club entry tickets. I have also started to sell some merchandise too.

    I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas which I may have overlooked. With this amount of people I would of thought that I could generate some good money from it. I was thinking of putting some advertising on the site for local businesses once the traffic increases.

    I do not wish to advertise the site in this post however if you would like to see the FB page please pm and I will send you the link.

    I really look forward to any advice or ideas that you marketing legends have!!!
