Fiverr Money and Tips?

Hi! I'm new to this forum and I was wondering how I could get into fiverr and start making some money out of it. I'm not saying making hundreds of dollars per month, I'm talking about 20-30$/month would be good.

What I want to ask you is how much do you make per month/day?

And I was thinking of making a gig on a ebook that Im making. That ebook talks about "How to make money Posting free ads on CraigsList" and I think it has a good value cause with that method you make 1,5$ a day average with no referrals, or sponsoring. Do you think it has a good value and that people will want it?

Give me tips on how to sell them, what title and description should I put? and other tips.

Thank you!

It's free to join and post your gig, and you can have up to 20 gigs listed. Try listing your ebook with a couple different titles and see which one works the best.

Selling information on Fiverr is the best way to go in my opinion. It's just not worth it to offer services there, unless you have an upsell that's converting well. I once purchased a couple video intros from there, and when the seller delivered he wrote "visit my YouTube channel to check out my other videos", and on his YT channel he had other videos for $20, some for $30, and so on.

    david,

First thing that came to my mind after reading your post was, just what we need another craiglist money making ebook that has the same old information in it.

Now, with that said does your craigslist ebook provide new and not already released info. and ideas?

Anyway... as far as Fiverr goes I get on average of 1-4 gig sales a day and I only promote on Fiverr as I only do Fiverr when I have down time, so I'm sure I could get 5-10 gigs sales a day if I promoted my gigs off Fiverr.

I wish you good luck with fiverr and your craigslist ebook.

    Martin

Fiverr is a great was to earn some extra money. I have earned over $400 now within a few months and that was with effortless work really. It all depends on the gigs you offer and how you describe them. Get as much positive feedback as possible.

An e-book like that may show some interest. If you are already working on it and plan on selling it, why not add it to Fiverr and make some extra money but if you are making the e-book JUST for Fiverr, it may not be worth the time.

Hey, I make about 700-1000 a month. I outsource the work. You get 4 dollars from fiverr for your gig, then I pay 1 dollar to someone to take care of the gig so I don't have to and I pocket the other 3. You just need a decent gig, good feedback, repeat buyers. That's all :-)

Where do you find someone to do gigs for 1 dollar?

There is apparently a lot for me to discover outside of my books. Thanks for the fantastic read.

I might do that when I get more good feedback. It seems a really good idea and it isn't all that difficult (:

I was doing the ebook to promote it in a site for free (because my main goal is to have subs in that particular site that makes you money) and because it may get some interest I wanted to do some 'side money' off of fiverr.

I think it has not the same information. Basically I talk about one site that allows you to make money by posting 1 free ad a day. That's all. I could give them the site but they would be confused, say it's a scam, it's too expensive and all that. If I give them the ebook I can build trust and explain them how the system works, how to start for less money, etc.

Fiverr can be a tricky thing to master.
Outsourcing and arbitrage are the keys to real money, but as you say you only aim for $20 - $30 a month, thats not for you.
Your real hurdle is getting noticed and getting good feedback from clients.
It may not be ethical, but try doing gigs that friends and family will happily pay you a fiver for and then do it via Fiverr.com

$20/$30 with Fiverr is more than doable, you should be aiming higher.

For a figure like I would say offer some type of bookmarking/backlinking/testimonial service with a *twist* to stand out from the other 50000 people offering the same service. If you can also find a way to get a bunch of visits and/or sales in a short period of time it's quite realistic to see yourself hit the featured section.

Remember that Fiverr is not only dominated by the IM niche. There are lots of regular people looking for regular jobs.

From spending whatever little time that I did spend on Fiverr, I think its realistic to aim for $20 per day without a huge amount of effort.

If you already have a couple of sites up, then you can use fiverr to sell guest posting spots on your sites. If you have a site with a decent page rank, this can work quite well. For instance, if you had a wedding website that was a PR3, then you can post a gig that says, "I will let you post your wedding or love related guest post with 2 links on my PR3 wedding website."

Win/win. You get the $4 and content for your website.

To "break in" I found that I needed to offer a little bit more than everyone else on my first few gigs. I saw what people were offering, and I uped the anti. Then as I got positive reviews, more orders started to come in than I could handle and even have had to Suspend my gig at some points just to catch my breath.

It's not difficult to break in to Fiverr if you can offer something decent to consumers.

You've set your sights pretty low so I'm sure you'll be able to make the $20-30 per month that you are after.

I'm currently earning $40 (ish) a month on Fiverr for my article writing services - not a lot, I know but then I also have various contacts that I do other article work for... I would suggest signing up to more micro job sites to increase your chances of getting sales!
