Internet Business Dilemma. Need Help.

Hi Warriors. I just have a dilemma regarding what to do next with my online business. It's been working great so I want to reinvest my money to grow my business faster, but I can't decide what to do now. So I thought it could be a great to brainstorm some ideas with you, and you can help me decide. Can you?

My ideas are these:

1. Going into related niches: I have this weight loss site that's making me money so it could be a good idea to start a muscle building site. Some of my visitors are men who could be interested in muscle building so I could send some of my current visitors to my new site. Then I would keep on building sites targeting men (dating/seduction, male sex issues, etc.)

2. Translating my site into English: this weight loss site is in Spanish so translating it into English could be a good idea. It can be cheaper than starting a site from scratch. Since content would be translated keyword research could be skipped. Translating can be cheaper than writing, and the site is already being profitable.

3. Going into unrelated niches that I have knowledge on: since I am a teacher I could go into education related sites. I was thinking something related to teaching English, learning English, studying Spanish, among others. This would require more work than option 2, but probably less than option 1. The problem is getting the new visitors.

There could be more ideas but these are the three I have right now. Which one is your favorite? What would you do in my case? Any suggestions are welcome

I would switch it to English first off. I would stay in your current niche of fitness for sure since you're already started up in it. You could continue building a list through the site you already have and your product on weight loss and continue making other products like muscle building and selling them on your back end.

Do you actually know (or can you guess) what proportion of your visitors are men?

This observation barely begins to answer any of your post/questions at all, but for myself, in the absence of any evidence to the contrary, I'd guess that 80+% of visitors to most weight-loss sites are female. (There must be plenty of people here who know so much more about this point than me, though?). So I'd be a little bit careful with this idea ...

    Hmmmmmm ... this raises questions.

I'm not suggesting you're wrong (I don't know enough about it to do that) but why is this so?

Not sure ... but I instinctively prefer option 3 to option 1. I think possibly option 2 could be the best, but I don't understand the keywords point. Why wouldn't it be better to translate the site into English and do keyword research in English as well, and "bend" the translation where possible to be keyword-optimised in English?

I like option 1 only because you should definitely stretch out the traffic you are already getting. Do you have an upsell for your product? If you only have 1 product, you definitely need to make some more to use as upsells and cross-sells. As Alexa pointed out, lots of your traffic is probably women so you might not want to go after just male-related stuff. I would stick to other weight loss stuff, fitness stuff, as well as building muscle type stuff.

Next favorite is 3. I just don't like option 2 because I don't think translating to English would necessarily to be easy. Sure you have the content, but you are taking a huge step up in competition.
