A little success story here, I just had my first $300 day
I'm especially pleased since I had a TERRIBLE day yesterday, where I ended up losing $50 and having my business practically destroyed by a clueless freelancer.
I was actually about to throw in the towel, but I did some damage control this morning and it's paid off.
So, lessons learned:
1. Even if you have the worst day/week/month ever, don't give up.
2. If you outsource, try to make freelancers do things step by step and constantly 'look over their shoulder' to make sure they are doing it right.
So if today sucks, just make some improvements tomorrow.
