Can't get gmail account

I tried to get a new gmail account/address for a project. They have instituted a phone verification process since the last time I did this.

It is pretty simple. Put your number in there and choose a text message or voice phone. I don't have a cell phone, so I opted for the voice system. I must have got four or five numbers as each time I input the numbers, I got an error. The voice was very clear, and slowly stated the numbers and I typed them in. There was no way to screw this up, but each time I got the 'oops' message.

WTF

Now I have created the maximum number of accounts with my number, so I have to use another number. I only got one damn phone number so how am I going to do that?

You could possibly get with a fellow Warrior and ask to use one of their numbers just to provide you with the code. For example, there are applications for phones that allow users to create a "temporary" number using just an email address. Someone could open a new account real quick, give you the number, then you could sign up for your gmail account using that number, then the Warrior could PM you the code so you can input it into the form. I may be able to help out, just let me know.

Does it have to be a gmail account for the project? Plenty more fish in the sea.

How about one of those auto attendant answering services. Evoice has a 6 month free trial? I have not tried this, so I am not 100 percent sure it would work, but I can't think of any reason why it would not.

And you can get a local number, not just an 800 number.

Actually,The SMS/Phone verification is Google's new way of checking spamming and multiple accounts.
    You may try these tips:
-Often,the verification is based on IP.Reconnect your Internet after disconnecting if you're using a dynamic IP.
    -OR You change your country.
-Also,try changing your browser. If you've used Firefox, you should just check it out using IE8.
One of these 3 will definitely help you out.
I see you really need the gmail,so advising you to check out for other gmail services may not be an option; But you know what to do if you're still having issues signing up for Gmail.

I remember having this problem twice...

If you've got a VPN/private proxy, use it to register using different IP.

If you don't, try clearing your browsers' cookies and cache,
and then try registering it across different browsers.

Trying after few days will help in general if you are in no hurry.
you can use any active warrior member cellphone by asking them to post code quickly. That may help if you want it fast. And they do not accept same cell phone number for many accounts. You can use the same number but have to wait for few weeks, I guess.
