Dancing with Google

How much time is a usally google dance?


i was #3 on my keyword.

and for the last 3 days im jumping between 200-100 positions.

my domain was at #3 , and now my domain isnt indexed for this keyword or any other keyword. only a few pages in 100-200 positions.

i checked to see if my domain is index at all and its indexed.

so i think its a google dance.

how much time until google will stop playing with me?

    It's constant - it won't stop.

    Think about it - your position will only stay the same if all of your competitors don't change anything and Google doesn't make any changes.

    It's not real - things always change. If they don't - they will.

    Just keep doing what works and don't look over your shoulder to see what Google thought.

      Right on the money. There are far too many factors to expect your site ranking to stay the same - especially if you are building links.

        but i think , no, im sure that i would like it better if google dance with me to position #1 , for sometime and then lower me to #2 , not pulling me out totally.

    Far too many factors yes and others are also competing as well...it is basically an everyday race to the top of Google type thing. I imagine it is the sorta same for everything out there on the web but some topics just have more competition and expertise to make it up to the top.

    Try adding some links from high PR domains, like PR8, PR9, these can help stabilize your ranking. I'm talking contextual links too.

    Remember that the idea of a blog is to come up with fresh content regularly! The other part of that is it is a great chance to get as many keywords ranking high as possible. That way one keyword will not destroy your traffic.
