Is Nanacast down for everyone else too?

Couldn't have happened at a worse possible time

  • There is an issue with the SAN on the cloud at the data center we host at. Currently engineers from the NOC are migrating us to a new hardware stack in the cloud to bring us back online. Then tonight between 3am and 5am there will be additional maintenance on the SAN.

    In other words... its hardware issues at the data center that hosts the cloud we are on that a small army of engineers are currently working feverishly to resolve and bring us back online.

  • Yikes, I was hosting a full webinar and I looked like a fool when I sent people to the "order" page at the end of the webinar. I'm sure at least half of them (if not more) won't end up ordering now.

    So much for starting September with a bang...
  • Just got word from the engineering team.... they went ahead and pushed tonight's schedule d maintenance through during this down time so that will not have to be repeated tonight.

    They gave me an ETA of 30 minutes until systems are back up with no more expected downtime.

      No warning?

      I have people complaining.

      I was in mid-launch.

      Emails are flying in.

      People are complaining on FB wall.

      Not happy.
