My First eBook, is this considered unethical?

So I have recently completed my first eBook and I have gone through all of the proofs and am about to start promoting it.

The book itself talks about ways that you can offer services to get your business up and running. It lists many different sites and a strategy for becoming successful.

The book itself is 35 pages. And at one point I did mention (in passing) that in addition to the other methods I occasionally look for writers as well and they could feel free to contact me to see if I have a space available. Is this ok?

I have read the WSO rules and can't find anything against it there, but I just wanted to be sure since this is my first eBook.

Thanks in advance!
Rachel

There is nothing wrong with that from an ethical standpoint, but it will be a problem for you later, because every half-wit, talentless hack who wants a quick buck will be beating down your door trying to relieve you of your money.

You listed resources where they could find "jobs", right? And if you listed yourself as one of the resources, there is nothing wrong with that (as long as you are indeed a genuine resource of course!). Drop the guilt, you are innocent!

For me it does NOT sound unethical at all.

You never know you may find yourself needing more and more writers and end up proving some nice income for those people.

    Best of luck to you!

If you ARE looking for a writer, I do have some extra time at the moment. Not beating down your door, just letting you know.

      LOL

You don't look like a "half-wit, talentless hack who wants a quick buck" to me...
