I'm not sure but you might be able to get a pre paid credit card or even one you can recharge.

I know I have used pre paid credit card to purchase stuff. It also depend what your interests are . There are many great markets to go into. You pick something you are knowledgeable in.

Hey MikePfeiffer,
I am not sure about age restrictions in your country but in my country (which is a third world btw), there are debit cards, available for anyone (I have a debit card for my one and a half years old son- only that it is in my name as the parent).

I personally do not own a single credit card but use ordinary VISA Debit cards for all my online transactions.

Good thing with debit cards is that you will never be in debt.

You only use what you have.
Ask your bank for a debit card. Am sure they must have them.

..oh! about PayPal, you can use the same debit card to verify your PayPal and to transact through PayPal (regardless of currency - it is auto converted to your country's currency).

On where to start without fail, that is all dependent on you.

But consider affiliate marketing, making your own products or CPA marketing. They are the relatively easy starters. Make sure to own a website at the earliest possible.

  Go with HostGator, they use PayPal. But you have to have money in your paypal balance of course.
  
  HostGator is my fav anyway, they have everything you need in the cpanel, their plans are Very reasonable.

  I dont quite know what you mean with 'debit card' - I have a card that I can pay with at the store, a card I can withdraw money with, but I cant use it for online transactions...

  A debit card is issued by your bank, talk with them. You use it like a credit card but you have to have the money in your bank account.
  
  There are different kinds just like credit cards, Visa debit, Mastercard debit, etc. They are usually free or a small fee from your bank. Debit cards from stores or other sources can carry HEAVY FEES.
  
  They one I use from my bank even has fraud protection similar to a credit card.
  
  Again, talk with your bank.

  I am from Jamaica and here acquiring a credit card is very difficult. In fact it is only in the past couple of years that credit cards became popular. We normally use debit cards.
  
  Debit Card - This is a card that is given to us by the bank to withdraw money from ATMs, pay at stores etc. You can only spend the amount that you have in the bank and nothing more.
  
  I however was able to get a debit MasterCard which is like a sweet combination of a debit and credit card in one. It functions in the same way that a credit card does in that you can make unlike purchases etc; however, you are only allowed to spend the amount that is loaded on the card. I got mine through oDesk as i am a freelance writer and provider there.
  
  Recently one bank started to offer pre-paid credit cards. Please shop around in Australia to see if there are any banks that offer this service. As all you will need to do is deposit money to the account and you can go ahead and make online purchases.

It is Payoneer.

There is only one problem with this brilliant plan; the only real way to add money on the card from outside of the US is to work for cash on oDesk.

I know this because that is the only credit card that i have.

I know you can Western Union cash to the card but to my understanding it can only be done in the US.

Are you a university student? If so check with your college financial services, I don't know about Austria, but in the USA, banks and financial institutions love to get students loaded to the eyeballs with debt! They give student credit cards out like candy (or used to!) Why? Supposedly students are the future money makers, and banks want as much of that money as they can get. Just be extremely careful on how you handle credit.

Well so many posted so many ideas but here`s mine i live in India even here it`s difficult to get a credit card for students like me so i tried online credit cards from sites like entropay or netteller by using these i literally purchased three or four wso`s also so i think it`s a nice idea for people who don`t have credit cards why don`t u try it once. Hope this helps

Austria? You're not so far away, then

You don't need to use HostGator or GoDaddy, there are great hosting providers in the German speaking area as well.

You can always set the country you are targeting in Google Webmaster Tools, so don't worry about that.

Also, you should be able to just link your PayPal account to your bank account instead of your credit card.

All I am really looking for, is something I can use for online purchases / payments, that cant be done with paypal. So idk if everything you suggested is the right thing for me, but i'll look into it.

It is nice of you to consider the suggestions of many members. For what I've read, the best is to get a debit credit card. It will not make you go bankrupt and will help build your credit record for future use.
